The Public Transport Ombudsman: Simon Cohen LLB (Hons 1)
Simon Cohen was appointed as the second Public Transport Ombudsman in February 2008.
Simon has worked in complaints investigation and resolution for more than 15 years. Previous appointments include:
• Assistant Ombudsman (Police) and lawyer at the NSW Ombudsman;
• Conference Registrar at the Commonwealth Administrative Appeals Tribunal;
• Investigation Team Manager and lawyer at the NSW Health Care Complaints Commission.
