Position Statements

We prepare Position Statements outlining our approach to investigating and resolving particular categories of complaints. Position Statements inform operators and consumers about how we deal with particular complaints and/or what sort of outcome we would consider fair and reasonable.

Position statements do not dictate the outcome of a complaint. We have regard to the particular circumstances of each case when seeking a resolution between a consumer and operator.
