Please note: if your complaint is about a public transport fine:
- You can ask the Department of Transport and Planning (DTP) to review its decision to fine you.
- You can contact the Public Transport Ombudsman for advice and assistance if DTP doesn’t withdraw your fine after reviewing it. Find out more
