The Public Transport Ombudsman (PTO) considers complaints from Victorian public transport users, and from people who’ve been affected by public transport-related activities in Victoria.
We can only look at complaints about public transport operators that are members of the PTO Scheme. Almost all Victorian public transport operators are PTO Scheme members. Before you complain to us you need to give the operator a chance to fix the problem first.
