Please note: During the Christmas and New Year period, our office will be closed from 2.00 pm on Wednesday 24 December 2014 until 9.00am Monday 5 January 2014.  If you contact us during this period, either by email or by leaving a telephone message on Freecall 1800 466 865, we will respond to you when the office reopens on Monday 5 January 2015.

Complaints should initially be raised with the transport operator. You can do this by contacting Public Transport Victoria or by contacting the relevant public transport operator

If you are unable to resolve your complaint directly with the operator, the PTO can assist.  Our services are free and independent.
