The PTO is still open for business
Coronavirus Update: How we are taking your complaints during Victoria's lockdown
These are unprecedented times in the world right now, rapidly changing the way we live our lives and the way we work. We all need to take extra precautions to contain the spread of COVID-19, which means practicing social distancing and where possible, working from home.
At the PTO, we are continuing to operate our scheme, but we have made some changes to the way we take your complaints in light of Victoria's new lockdown measures.
In line with the statewide efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, the PTO team are now working remotely. You can still call us on 1800 466 865 but you may need to leave a message and we will call you back. You can also send us an email at
We can also be contacted via our website complaint form or you can send us a message via Facebook.
We can also be contacted via The National Relay Service and Translating and Interpreting Service.
